About Wells Creek Community in Jacksonville

Wells Creek is a community in South Jacksonville conveniently located on Philips Highway / US1 just 1.2 miles south of 9B, the beltway around Jacksonville. This communities location is just minutes from The Avenues indoor mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants as well as a Regal Cinemas Movie Theater on Philips Highway, Walmart, Baptist South Hospital and all the shops at Bartram Park. Wells Creek has easy access to I-95 and I-295 which navigates you minutes away to the  St. Johns Town Center, Jacksonville’s premier outdoor mall where residents can enjoy more than 150 shops and restaurants. Being near I-295, the beltway around Jacksonville, will also give you quick access to Jacksonville’s beautiful beaches! 

Amenities for Wells Creek will include spacious gathering areas, a kid-friendly recreational pool and playgrounds. This community will also feature several walking paths, allowing residents to take in the beautiful natural scene.
