Here is the latest about Wells Creek Community! Mattamy Homes will be launching entirely new floor plans just for this community, with pre construction sales and pricing starting in late January. KB Homes will follow in February with their launch. We will call and email you as soon as sales start. Good news is that there is no CDD for Wells Creek, and the home owners association is expected to only be in the $700 range. Not bad considering all of the great amenities in the neighborhood.
