Here is the latest about Wells Creek Community – Mattamy Homes will be launching entirely new floor plans just for this community, and will be offering both single family homes and town homes. A pre-construction sales event will be taking place Saturday January 26th from 11:00-4:00 for Mattamy Homes. KB Homes will follow in February with their launch. We will call and email all who are on the interest list the week of 1/21-1/24 to discuss sales opening. Good news is that there is no CDD fee for Wells Creek, and the home owners association is expected to only be in the $700 range. Not bad considering all of the great amenities in the neighborhood.
